Product description

How to select your suitable rope length:

1. Step on the midpoint of your jump rope and hold the handles.
2. Pull up the rope and hold the handles steady. Check where the tops of the handles (the ends that connects with the rope) align with your body.
3. For beginners, the handle tops should be above your armpits but just below your shoulder line.
4. Experienced fitness jumpers can find the suitable rope length by making the handles tops just reach your armpits.
5. Please follow the steps below to adjust the rope length yourself!


How to adjust rope length:

1. Unscrew the upper cap on each handle. Pull out the rope ends from the handles.
2. Separate the white round buckles and and move them along the rope to adjust the rope length.
3. Attach the buckles together and make sure they are tightly connected.
4. If the rope is too long, cut the excessive part with scissors. Desirable to burn the cut ends with fire for better experience.
5. Put the rope ends with buckles back into the handles. Screw the upper caps back firmly.

1. Warm up before the workout
2. Start up with moderate speed and accelerate slowly. Pick a comfortable intensity and keep balanced.
3. Make skipping a routine! Beginners can start from 1-5 minutes on every other day and slowly build toward to 10 minutes.
